Terms & Conditions


  • Orders are processed within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment and are only dispatched via reputed national courier agencies with tracking. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 7-10 working days.
  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
  • We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
  • Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
  • Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you as follows:
    • Monday - Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, excluding public holidays
    • Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
  • As soon as your package is shipped, we will email you the package tracking information.
  • For all claims, if any, for damages and/or shortages, must be reported to customer care within 24 hours from the day of delivery.
  • Your goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Om Shri Ayurveda & Herbals takes no responsibility for goods signed by any alternate person.
  • Om Shri Ayurveda & Herbals is not responsible for damage after delivery.
  • For any complaints with regards to your order please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
